The Science Behind Conductive Piping

FIBERSTRONG® conductive piping systems employ a breakthrough material composition combining thermosetting resins (typically polyester or vinyl ester) with strategically integrated carbon fibers. This fusion delivers:

  • Superior conductivity: Carbon fiber networks provide continuous electrostatic discharge pathways
  • Enhanced corrosion resistance: Withstands acids, alkalis, salts, and solvents
  • Exceptional mechanical strength: Maintains structural integrity under high pressure and stress
  • Thermal stability: Performs reliably in temperatures up to 85°C (185°F)

The system offers two primary configurations:

1. Inside-Outside Conductive Helical-Wound Pipes:

  • Diameter range: 2" (DN50) to 48" (DN1200)
  • Full-wall conductivity for comprehensive electrostatic protection

2. Outside-Outside Conductive Continuous-Wound Pipes:
